Crossing into Italy and exploring its cities
My journeys have taken me into Italy, including Ventimiglia near the French border and Milan farther inland. The railway connections between southern France and northern Italy are part of that travel history.
Italy is a good example of why crossing into a country is only the beginning of the story. The actual towns, cities and cultural experiences deserve to be preserved separately as I build the chapter.
